In the first game of the night, the Fayetteville Lady Bulldogs took on the Springdale Lady Bulldogs. Fayetteville came into the game with a record of 7-9 overall and with a 2-1 conference record with wins over Bentonville West (40-37) and Fort Smith Southside (61-37) and a loss to Rogers (42-52). The Springdale Lady Bulldogs came into the game with a record of 3-14 overall with losses to Rogers Heritage (32-67), Fort Smith Southside (65-66) in double OT and Har-Ber (44-70). Fayetteville was led by junior Wynter Beck with 23 points in 54-29 victory for the visiting Purple Dogs. Springdale was led by freshman Adriana Hernandez with 9 points. Fayetteville is 8-9 overall and 3-1 in conference and will play at Rogers Heritage next Tuesday. Springdale is 3-15 and 0-4 in conference play and will travel to Bentonville next Tuesday. In the second game of the night, the Fayetteville Bulldogs took on the Springdale Bulldogs in the battle of the Dogs at Bulldog Gymnasium. Fayetteville came into the game with a record of 11-4 overall and 3-0 in conference play with wins over Bentonville West (57-46), Rogers (49-48) and Fort Smith Southside (75-37). The Springdale Bulldogs came into the game with a record of 11-4 overall and 2-1 in conference play with wins over Rogers Heritage (74-69), Fort Smith Southside (61-51) and a last second loss to Har-Ber (41-43). Fayetteville was led by sophomore Ornette Gaines with 23 points in a 67-35 victory and Springdale was led by freshman Isaiah Sealy with 12 points. Springdale is 11-5 overall and 2-2 in conference will travel to Bentonville next Tuesday. Fayetteville 12-4 overall and 4-0 in conference play will travel to Rogers Heritage. Story by Will Johnson
